Every Emmanuel Bouchet creation is crafted to last a lifetime. Frequent exposure to chemicals (e.g. sun creams, swimming pool chlorine and perfumes) and seawater might, over time, damage the rubber sealing parts of your timepiece. We recommend limiting this exposure as much as possible. Should your watch come into contact with one of these products, please ensure it is rinsed with fresh water and cleaned with a soft brush.Magnetic fields and electromagnetic appliances might affect the running of the movement of your Emmanuel Bouchet timepiece, therefore please avoid placing your timepiece in close proximity to such devices (e.g. mobile phones, loudspeakers and computers). The strap of your timepiece may be made of genuine alligator skin, or another delicate material. Please avoid frequent contact with water or exposure to sunlight.

Your Emmanuel Bouchet watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of thirty-six months from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions. If your watch is returned during the warranty period, any component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at Emmanuel Bouchet’s sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge. Your Emmanuel Bouchet International Warranty does not cover :

– Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident.
– Defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing to the case, crystal, strap, etc.), alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or re pairs, as well as services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than Emmanuel Bouchet.
– Watches where the serial number originally imprinted on the watch case is removed or not clearly legible, or where any part of the original watch back or any original number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or de faced.
– Routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and tear and ageing of the watch. Any defects resulting from the contact with water, if your water-resistant watch did not undergo the water resistance tests required by Emmanuel Bouchet, or if your watch is not water-resistant.
– The contact with chemicals can damage the bracelet and other pieces.
– Use during sport where the watch can receive shocks and humidity.
– Sun and humidity exposure.

In order to benefit from your Emmanuel Bouchet International Warranty, you will be required to present to any Emmanuel Bouchet Authorized Retailer or Emmanuel Bouchet After-Sales Service Center, the warranty card included with your Emmanuel Bouchet timepiece purchase has a unique serial number specific to your timepiece model.
This must be duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an Emmanuel Bouchet Authorized Retailer. You are therefore required to retain your warranty card with due care. You are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials. We recommend that any shipment to us include s certified delivery and insurance.

Only Emmanuel Bouchet and Emmanuel Bouchet Authorized Retailers are entitled to provide guarantee services as defined herein.

The Emmanuel Bouchet International Warranty does not affect any other rights you may have under the applicable national legislation. Such rights may vary from one country, state, province or territory to another.

After the warranty period, it is essential to have the seals replaced on a regular basis, please contact info@emmanuelbouchet.com.
You should always ensure you have insurance to cover accidental loss or damage to your timepiece.
If your item is damaged in an accident or by normal wear and tear, please contact our team at info@emmanuelbouchet.com and we will provide a quote for repair where possible.
